I would rate them lower if I could. Went through the drive through and while ordering the employee had to ask several times to clarify what was ordered. He then read it back and the order was right. We get to the window and pay we waited about 10 minutes to get our food. After we get home there was food missing and not even right. Said the money would be refunded and it would happen the same...

This is the WORSE place ever..... I just ordered food from there. The drive thru person didn’t hear my order correctly. She handed me the food and it was wrong! I politely told her that I ordered the gyro salad not a gyro. She goes I’m sorry can you pull up and we will remake it for you. So I did. Worst service ever!!! The staff was rude. Tried to excuse their horrible customer service by saying they were understaffed. Slow is one thing when you are understaffed but rude is unacceptable.

I absolutely love the day time worker amy!!! She is so amazing. I get to visit this arbys in tacoma all the way from port orchard !! She is such a pleasure to greet. She always has a smile and is curteous! I will forever love this particular arbys because of her!!!

A girl named Amber was working today was there at 3 pm was very rude !!!! Got the 35 $ order wrong all mixed up and wouldn't make things right !!! Want the owner to know about this ! Called and she was even more RUDE !!! Never going back !!!!
