Let's see they charge money on background checks that are not done, we are sub metered for water sewer garbage and an electrical fee for the light outside your unit so this month rent is $800 next month it can be $900, (so you have no idea how much water you are using it appears to be totally random. Worst place I've ever lived in!

Arborpoint apartments is located in an area where it gets hot in the summers and the ac provided in the living room isn't adequate enough to keep the rooms cool. Richland's electric is higher then the other surrounding cities therefore having the ac on all day to keep it cool sky rockets the electric bill. We have a fan in junction of living room to hallway and another going into the master...

It was so-so when Joann was here. Then the new company came in and replaced her w/a pretty southern girl. She did a real good job and was always nice. The tall blonde...she could sweet talk a bee out of its honey but she seemed like she was on something. The yard has gotten alot better and the lake outside is not missed!!!
