I haven't lived in an apartment in almost 30 years but I am loving Arbor Heights. They made the process so flawless, from application to moving in and beyond. EVERYTHING was new when we moved in. Overall the experience has been very pleasant - the staff has been very helpful if there is any issue. The apartment complex itself is very presentable, lots of perks, like pool and a gym. The apartment is nice and has a lot of space - lots of little closets to fit your things in a balcony, which is a must in the summer!

Management is terrible. When I signed my lease the staff was over-the-top helpful then they were all moved to another location. A new set of employees came in and completely changed the vibe of the office. They're extremely rude and do not care about you whatsoever. They charge you a ridiculous amount of money for W/S/G ($70 per month for 1 person) and they always claim it'll be lowered (it's...

I have lived here for over four years and my only complaint is that in the summer it gets REALLY hot in the apartments because there is no air conditioning and no cross ventilation. You can really boil in these apartments when the temperatures go above 80 degrees!!! I wish they did have air conditioning.
