The technician came to my house, cashed an $80 check and never followed up on fixing my TV. I have called and left messages with no response from the company. Do not recommend at all! Contacting better business bureau.

Called them earlier today and they came out the same afternoon and fixed my TVs. great service. Highly recommend.

I leave in Florida but found Arbat TV service for my mom who lives in Katy TX, I explained the problem with her TV on the phone and technician was able to give me an estimate. He new exactly what was going on with her TV and promised to take care of her as soon as possible. Next day I received a call from my mom with a good news. TV is working again and she is able to watch Olympic games. Thanks arbat for taking care of my mom!
