Dissatisfied with the professionalism and service of pool cleaning. I talked with owner and he's ok with poor service and is charging me a premium. I was really looking forward to finding a good company.

These people post their own reviews. Our experience was similar to that of the critical reviews here. You'll notice that the positive reviews are similarly written and from the same time period when Aquatic was obviously thinking this was a way to mislead potential customers. I guess they haven't had time to post more fake reviews over the last three years.

Horrible service. I normally don't post stuff like this but people need to be aware of how you will be treated after you buy a pool from aquatic pools. Now my pool is 8 years old and some tiles are loose and my pool decking needs replacing. I need some plumbing work, as well as them to fix my lighting which was installed incorrectly. I understand elements and just normal wear and tear will cause this. I'm not looking for free replacement, i just want this damn company to return phone calls, show up to appointments that are made and deliver suggestions and an estimate on how much...
