We had an issue with this business that was unresolved. This is a one-person owned and operated business, and the owner, Steve Bjerke, was very unprofessional and unfair in his interactions with us.
June 2009 we requested a service visit from this spa repair person. He came out and changed a single setting on the spa and stated this would fix the problem, which was that the spa never turned off.
