Have used them for the past 13 years - excellent service, nice people who are fair and honest. I won't name names, but the quote we got from a company who 'gets there faster' was almost twice the quote we had from Adams, for a lower grade of equipment. Charged us over $800.00 over a three day period to check and fix our furnace. Then told us it needed replacing. offered us a refund but only if we bought new furnace from them as it turned out their price for replacement was $1500.00 higher then three other contractors. Terrible customer service and incompetent service people.
