Very rude and nasty people. We also caught them billing for services not performed. Very unreliable about showing up on their own scheduled day and do not call to let you know. Flooded our lawn and drained part of the pool because he left the wrong dial on. And yelled at us when we called t ask what he had done. Was a client for several years and they were rude and nasty every time you questioned something about their service. We also caught them several times billing us even though their service guy hadn't worked all week. I have been a client for at least 8 years and try to go there when the rude dude is not there. Twice now the Rude Dude gave me attitude. The gracious lady is nice but the Rude Dude's customer service skills gives much to be desired.

Support small businesses but not if they are rude to you and do not appreciate your business.

I plan to return to Pinch a Penny. Better service and no attitude.
