Way too HIGH!!! They charge triple what the Harris County MUD charge. There is an application fee, for no application and a connection fee. So your first bill will be at least $100. Then they have several charges that make no sense at all. My 1st bill for 12 days was 138.00 for a 2 bedroom house with 1 person living in it. There should be a choice with who we pay our water to.
