I was using another service for over a year for two tanks, Cichlid and Community , about 55 - 60 gal each. They started off great, but I switched service because I had to ask them to clean the filters each month (they said they usually do it once a quarter!) and I could tell salt was not being added back into the Cichlids (snail overrun) and my community tank was uber cloudly the last 3 cleans...
