I had my APX system installed over a year ago and I have been pleased with the fast response when my alarm is set off and the super nice people when I call. They are far and away better than my last alarm company.

Unethical

This is not to say the whole company is but as a company they are responsible for their staff and the way they conduct themselves. I was approached by this company at my home and was told my system is no longer functional due to the age & type of system. Told that I was not being protected and may not even be monitored? Who are they to use scare tactics or to tell me that I'm not monitored?...

Sales person doesn't have the facts straight
