Billing is sporadic, inconsistent, and incomplete which is very confusing for patients. When asked for a complete bill, only one of 2 accounts was sent. Two months later a bill arrived with charges over a year old that were never previously billed. Excuses were made "I told you it was only one account" (not that I recall), "we can't control the Post Office" "PO must have lost them". Supposedly...
