Apria health care does not care! The worst customer service system i have ever encountered ! Trying to get connected to a local apria branch is like non-existent !!!

My in law has just came home from the hospital St. Margaret's ( Hammond Indiana) was ASURED the oxygen delivery would arrive at 3:30 pm by ( Laura "Pepper" Hendryx (senior sales rep Apria) Well...

I used to work in healthcare and hate to post a bad review of other healthcare providers, BUT...I would avoid having to do anything with Apria if I were you. To start, the office isn't exactly...

Absolutely horrible, both local and nationwide numbers useless. Can't depend on them even though they are supplying oxygen tanks for him....Always wrong order, delivery at wrong address, no...

Customer service is terrible
I called. They say they will call you back and don't
Called again. On hold for 35 minutes. Talked to 4 different people. No help and one hung up on me
Had sane problem a couple of weeks ago getting equipment
No one calls back and order not done for 4 weeks
