Purchased new in the box matching stainless steel set of appliances for rennovation project. The refrigerator with the set was too tall for my application. The salesman assured me that a smaller one could be substituted with no problem.

When I received the appliances, I was shocked to see that the refrigerator was a painted grey finish vs. stainless! When I called the salesman, he told me he had ordered the wrong refrigerator and that stainless was not available in that size and model. If I wanted my appliances to match it would be an additional $ 400.00.
