Unfortunately 1 star is the lowest this system goes. I have never met a more unprofessional person who considers himself a business man. When expressing concerns about a pending warranty part for the scooter I had purchased (the dealership was cleared out and I was getting no response via e-mail or telephone - even during the listed store hours) I was met with belligerence and childlike...
