I have always loved going to applebees until recently. Last time my family went I took over an hour for a burger to come back out to us well done instead of bloody. The manager wouldn't even come to our table. I would not recommend this place at all! Very unprofessional and dirty at that!

Went to Applebee's in the Mansfield/Storrs area last night. The meal was actually very good and decent priced. Nice waitress as well, but right as we were leaving, a cockroach came crawling on our table! This Applebee's has a COCKROACH problem!!! I will never go again! I was so disgusted!!! DON'T GO THERE!!!

My family and I had lunch there. I had a blt with fries and my husband had a chicken ceaser salad. Both were very good. Other family members enjoyed their meal.also. the place was clean and the service was very good.
