It was a typical cold snowy night in Upstate NY. The family was over and hungry. We decided to order take out from Applebees. My son and I drove over, sat at the bar and placed our order. Atmosphere was good but my meal was off.
Burger came out pink after telling our waitress WELL DONE!
I work as a secret shopper and needed a beer menu (for audit)with prices and go figure NO PRICES !
We were right in the middle of eating when out of no where another waitress breaks a glass and not even 2...

For a city the size of Utica, we have some excellent restaurants. Why you would go to an Applebee's for someone to microwave you unhealthy food is beyond me. Try a local Mom and Pop restaurant, you won't be disappointed.

We dined here after driving 6+ hours to bring our daughter to college. We were tired, hungry and pretty grumpy. The service was prompt and efficient. Drinks and food were delivered quickly and accurately. The food was typical Applebee's chain restaurant food, which was good. Our waitress went on break while we were eating and her replacement was also quick...

Excellent food! You will go back for that food! Excellent service and place, everyone is very friendly, they ask you a couple of times if you need anything and if you like your food. The perfect place to be, especially at noon when there aren't many people there.
