This evening my boyfriend and i visited Applebee's location in Tomball, Tx. Throughout the entire meal our waitress was great. By the time my boyfriend was almost done with his food he found a large hair buried underneath his french fries. When our waitress came back we pointed it out to her and she told us that she would have her manager come and talk to us about it. About five minutes go by and finally the waitress comes back with our ticket. I look at it and notice that $5 was taken off of our ticket......(perfectly acceptable to me). So i go ahead and pay. We love Applebee's, great steaks for a chain restaurant and I love the combo selections. We've never found this location to be very crowded.
