It's Applebee's!. I'd never go here willingly, people always buy me gift cards or the family comes to town and this is the place they choose. When traveling, it is often difficult to eat out if you're a vegan, especially if you're trying to avoid all added fats as well. So often we take out food with us.
When we were in St George, we looked up restaurants with salad bars on the internet, and Applebee's came up. Unfortunately, they did not actually have a salad...

Service was attentive although the bill arrived a tad too early. Waiter appears slightly overly eager.
I ordered a medium rare steak. The fional product was more medium than what I wanted. And portion was really small too.

I wasn't expecting too much, and so was rather pleasantly surprised at friendly service and fairly good food. I had some chicken and such - not bad!
