Horrible service!!! My mother in-law, toddler son, and I went in here to eat on a Saturday afternoon, about 3 pm. There weren't very many people in the restaurant at the time and they seemed to be fully staffed. We were seated immediately and given our menus. That's pretty much were the service stopped. We sat in our booth for a good 15 minutes as about 3 waiters walked by and not one of them...

Stopped here really late at night once. The waitress was friendly, quick on drink refills. I had the steak with the cheese on top, it ended up being pretty good. Not a horrible place to eat.

The food always tastes so pre-packaged instead of fresh. I know that most places like this use pre-packaged food, but this really tastes that way. The service is spotty. I'd rather go somewhere else.

The one and only time my family and I went the place was awful! It smelt gross, like dirty sweaty feet! The got our order wrong so many times we finally decided to just keep what they gave us. When we ate it, it was cold and tasted like cardboard. We have eaten at other Applebees but the one in Lubbock on the south loop really absolutely sucked. We will never return to this one.
