We had a business luncheon with "TO GO" food from Applebee's.
A lot of us went with the Lunch Combo's - pick 2 - soup and a 1/2 sandwich or salad - the Tomato Basil soup is very good - my grilled turkey/ham/cheese sandwich was very good - others got the spinach salad and someone got the grilled shrimp salad...

I've been to Applebee's a few times. The one in Brewster New York is great. We've been to ones in Dutchess County and Maine and they've been wonderful. I usually get the pecan crusted chicken salad because I know I love it. In this location it looked like it was thrown together quickly with all ingredients sinking in the bottom...

you know what you get when you go chain. Sometimes that is the reason you go to a chain. This Applebee's is actually one of the cleaner ones in the area. Service is good. Our waitress was attentive to our party of five. Drinks were plentiful and refilled quickly. The food is the same old. I wish they wouldn't …

I give this Applebee's 5 stars ...it has been a while since I never thought Applebee's had great food but the food i had at this Applebee's was awesome(shrimp scampi and chicken Caesar salad). The hostess and servers were beyond nice. If you are looking for that one good Applebee's this ones probably it!

The place serves pretty good food, although it is a bit expencive and takes a while, which isnt really a problem as that gives time to talk, but it isnt too long like at bigger restaurants
