The service was great. My grandson had a hamburger with fries that just disappeared off of his plate in ten minutes, with an order of cheese sticks. I had potatoe soup that was wonderful.

The food seems to be good but sometimes I just don't like the place itself. Its always so cold and dark. The food does come fast on the right night. Waiting is something you will have to deal with every time.

In my opinion, Applebee's is one of the better restaurants in Defiance. The atmosphere is excellent and the service is usually terrific. I've seldom eaten something there that I didn't love. The only criticism I would have is that sometimes they're a little slow bringing out the food. Other than that, it's great.

Review. I was very happy with the service at Applebee's when i went with my girlfriend we both got an appetizer and a full meal we had a coupon for the appetizer and we both got the honey paper chicken tenders the meal was very good and the waitress was very friendly, we had no problems with waiting times, or other inconveniences and i would defiantly recommend this restaurant to others.

It was a Friday night, so they were rather busy, but only had a ten minute wait. After seated, my friends and I were treated very well, and the server did everything to make sure we were happy.
