service is in dire need of help. Waited about 5 minutes for someone to seat us, and the restaurant was nearly empty. Food was ok, but tasted as if it were previously frozen. French Onion soup was more like hard cheese soup. Such a disappointment.

The staff is nice our favorite waitress is Maxine,my family don't want to really stay unless she is there. The weight watcher meals are excellent!

Very disappointed in this Applebee's! I travel everywhere and frequent the Applebee's franchise regularly and this one has to be the worst I've been to. The wait staff are unprofessional and loud. I have not been to Applebee's in a while and decided to go with my mother for a fish fry. The service was horrible ..we had no silverware the waitress hardly came by to check on us or how our food was. The fries were dry the fish was Ok but the service alone will not have me returning. There were staff just standing around being loud and unprofessional very upset with my experience.

Picked up baby back ribs-whole slab from applebees at 9080 n green bay and when i got them home.i discovered that.the.ribs were extremely dry and over cooked. Those are the worst.ribs.i ever had and applebees had to know the.ribs were no good when they.packed them up .this kust he the worst applebees in wisconsin. The ribs were horrible.
