We had issues with the setup of my sons iPhone 4S in early March, 2013. Although we did not have an appointment (we did not know we needed one) the Apple Store associate was very helpful and resolved the issue in about 15 minutes in between his busy schedule of servicing others. Great job. Very friendly and very efficient!
