so i walked in the apple store and engaged this sexy man. He worked there and i was talking about how i loved my phone and said it was bent. He walked away..... bitch.

The customer service in this Apple Store sucks. I am still waiting in the store for service after they texted me to come in for service. STAY AWAY! Many people in blue standing around doing nothing!

My phone convienantly broke while I was at JCrew in old orchard so I stopped by the Apple Store on my way out. I have been here several times. It doesn't matter if the store is quiet (rarely) or super busy (usually), I have received the best service. The staff is friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to get me the best deal and service.Well done, Apple. Well done!
