Holy smokes this is one huge Apple Store! Paid this shop a visit to buy an iPad with the pen. Lots of employees hanging around the tables that can answer questions. Very fast purchase, no waiting. As far as my new iPad & pen, I love it! However, Apple screens break easily. I will need to buy a cover soon.

The waits here are astonishing. But it is the Promenade on Sat afternoon. But so many layers just to ask your question - greeter, intake, then tech. Yow, no wonder!
