I brought my laptop in because the picture wouldn't come on. The man opened it, saw it had dust and possibly gunk in it. He said had to be sent out to be fixed and the cost was $1,400.I took it home and had my son look at it. He cleaned out some dust and now it works fine.I am an older woman, and perhaps looked like an easy mark.
