He went a step further finding me a replacement at the Fair Oaks store when they didn't have one. His customer service deserves kudos. Having software problems with my 5c.
I've been to the store 3 times and been given a "new" 5c. The phone is still having the same problems. The phones die.
Can't upgrade me to a new one even that they know it's a software problem.
I have to wait or make an appointment.

Over the last 8 years, I've had an iPhone 3g, 4s, 5s, and now, a 6s. Pretty much following the "new every two" mantra... In those 8 years, all covered by AppleCare, never so much as a scratch.

It took only 5 days, with the new 6s encased in -- what I thought to be -- a good Spigen hard case to somehow break it with a hairline crack across the screen.
