I Know good Customer Service I, worked it and trained employees as cusromer service reps. Today I met a young man who's a natural as it. Yes at the Apple Store in Oadbrook. I was leary of going there but did any way and I DO NOT REGRET it. Thanks Cris you were great!!!. I will return to this service provider if I need to.

Their answer to solving a problem is "buy a new one and everything will be great". Nothing is ever their responsibility. When questioned, their response was "look at all the customers in the store, we don't need to do anything or work with you to solve your problem".
