Awful, staff and management lied to us just to get a sale. Do NOT listen to what they tell you! Would not let us upgrade an item after telling us we could. Corporate is no help. Manager told me to call 1800myapple to get District manager info (among other lies). 1800myapple has no access to this information!

Came in about a week and a half ago for service on my dead/dying 2011 MacBook Pro. Service was completed within 3 days, and they were able to save my data!!!! Very pleased with the attention I received, the knowledge of the technicians, and the overall customer experience.

This is comparative to visiting Dante's inferno-convinced it would become one of the nine circles of hell. Called apple care waited two days for an appointment running a "little behind" by 30-40 minutes. Staff is rude and acting like I'm bothering them. Can I give them negative stars ?!!?

Larger facility is needed to accommodate the amount of traffic that comes through. Properly labeled areas for designated assistance would be lovely. Corporate/business equipment should be handled differently than personal.
