These people were so extremely disrespectful. Had to go into the store four times in a week because they couldn't get it together. the manager was the only nice one out of my several times entering. The lady who looked at my laptop was so extremely rude. she was lecturing me on the condition of my laptop rather than helping i not any way shape or form. I will never go back to this location again.

I always absolutely hate coming here!! one of the mangers tried helping me with my phone because it's not turning on, he plugged it into the computer, then took off and went on break for 30 minutes without telling me and went out into the back for a long time! I love Apple but I don't like the disorganized way the staff just mills around and that it takes forever to find someone to help you. If you want one thing and you know what it is you always end up waiting for one of the staff to have a 20 minute conversation with some asshole who isn't going to buy anything about the difference between iPhone models or something like that.
