The apple support crew was nice and supper helpful. They are all professional. Their personnel not only having patience to help the customer but I saw one of the customer needs sign language support and one of the support crew member actually knew it and have her great service. I really appreciate they do anything to saved my phone. Triple thumbs up for all apple support crew.

For the amount of money consumers spends on Apple Products, you should not have to wait more than 24 hours for a appointment. Manager was very nice, however; local stores main focus is on tourism.
