You have 4 sales associates out of 14 on the floor SITTING on stools that could clearly go to a waiting customer. When asked to have a stool a very rude sales associate said they were for a class. I had to hold my hand up to stop her from talking w/excuses.

The apple customer service in country club plaza is poor, they need better management and improvement. I am an apple customer for several years and love apple , but I had bad experiences with the one located in country club plaza.
I hope they do something about their service
It isn't worth to go there and waste time.

I was honestly blown away by the awesome support I received today. I go to apple store frequently for work-related things, but rarely do I have to deal with the consumer side.
