If you need your phone repaired stay away from here! After waiting for an hour and half to be seen, the technician did not even look or open the phone just told me it had to be replaced and would be $300. The only thing not working is the home button on a 1yr old 6.

I went in to see why my iPad wouldn't charge. I was told the battery failed and they replaced the iPad. I have only had this one for about 2 months and it's doing the same thing. If this is how their products work then I will stick to Samsung for my phone....

Rich in the Genius Bar spent almost 4 hours with my college aged daughter fixing her MacBook Air and never gave up. Went WAY OVER in making sure she got her files back. Highly recommend this store. Thank you Rich - classes start tomorrow and my daughter didn't lose a file!!!!

The employees have zero knowledge of the products they are selling to the public. I went there needing a new laptop and after standing around waiting on my turn I spoke with an employee that assured me this was the "brand new" operating system. Long story short it was not....all I got was " I'm sorry". DON'T EVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THESE CLOWNS.

I am a full time student. We use our computer for business and have numerous photos of our children on our broken hard drive. I have to ask why Apple would refuse to...
