Friendly helpful staff. Very customer oriented. Would like to see a more open walk in schedule.

Tried 3 days in a row to get an appointment for my son's phone. Finally got an appointment as a walk in. Waited 4 hours to be seen only for them to say oh sorry I can't switch it out because you don't have the Icloud password. So he still has no phone. No thanks I will stick to my Android.

I have been trying to reach this store front by phone for an hour I've been hung up on 2xs and now have been on hold for more than 20 mins I am not an iPhone user but my kids are which makes me a customer and this isn't the level of customer service I would expect from such a huge company I would rank them under comcast on list of worst companies
