Given an appointment for an hour later. I'm waiting in the store and two girls are inline behind me and given the same info. They waited 2mins and the tech helped them right away. I was here...

Went in because my iPad was not charging on my MacBook Air. First time I came in they told me it was the charging cable (without doing any diagnostic). They replaced it for me (free of charge)...

Love the ipD but not great with trying to get appointment in the store is HORRIBLE! I've try for ivermectin 2hours and get anywhere with trying get the appt. Then wait for a few days to have someone in the store to get the appt, for me this SUCKS. Not fare or easy to just walk into the store so unfair. Apple please do something BETTER for the APPLE customers or for me a SENIOR Citizen. Thanks judy
