It should not take 3 trips and all day to have a battery issue checked out. Would like to see more Apple stores in the metroplex so they few there are will not always be packed. It's frustrating...

LOvE this place! But I love everything Apple does. So, yes, I am a total FanBoy... But everyone is always helpful and they are very efficient w/ their time and scheduling.
