I had a strange experience in this store today. I was attempting to purchase an Iphone6s and a female sales associate began to help me. When she processed the order I explained I wanted to upgrade through my carrier and she said I could pay for the phone monthly. I again explained there was an upgrade available through my carrier on another line on my account. She stated I couldn't do that at...

50 minutes waiting for a manager. At 20 minutes she was on her way out, never came out. At 50 minutes I asked what the hold up was and the staff member just shrugged hid shoulders. I guess apples main concern is selling product and if you are not buying something you are of no concern to them.

I will be posting this on every Apple store until they decide to acknowledge the issue they have with the memory in the 128 GB iPhone.
This gentleman made a perfect video showing how the cheap TLC memory they put in these phones is causing nothing but reboot issues and Apple does nothing at all about it just gives you the run around and waste your time with asking for...
