It seems like it's easier to buy than getting the service here. I waited for over an hour to get my iphone replaced but most of the staffs were helping ppl who wants to purchase the items. I understand that's how business works but please take care of all your customers includding the ones that needs a replacement!

Had a bad experience from beginning to end. Waited in a long line to get help with my iPad. Waited even longer for my iPad to be reset and restored. I left after being assured that when the restore finished my problem would be resolved. Problem was not fixed. Also, waited a considerable amount of time to purchase a new iPod. Made an appointment to have the battery replaced in my 4S. Showed up, the "Genius" tested my phone and agreed the battery needed to be replaced. :30 minutes later I was on my way. No fuss, no hassle.

I have been shopping at this location for years, and have never been disappointed. This location in Northpark has the best to offer as far as customer service. The employees at this location are at the top of their game!!!
