I am writing this as I wait a half an hour for a simple 7 dollar piece. It is absolutely terrible. I went in to just get a sim card holder replaced and had to talk to 3 different people. They told me to sit down in these stupid uncomfortable wooden chairs and wait. This is ridiculous!! It hot and humid in here and the employees are snoby and rude. People at this store are always so rude. Pretentiousness oozes from the staff to the ambiance. Buy a droid and hope their stock tanks.
