Every time I visit this store I'm greeted with smiling faces ready to help.. I had issues with my iPhone 6 Plus twice and each time this location has resolved them with ease.. I truly appreciate the swift professional service! I look forward to purchasing a new Mac here!

I'm thankful for the Appel store and their amazing employees. My hard drive broke, second time in a year and a half and it had never happened before that. I bought a new iPhone , I lost a lot of data from my 4s to the i6 via iCloud.. no one seems to know where this data went . The staff is incredibly knowledgeable,friendly,they bent over backwards...I'd invite them to my house for dinner...but can someone get my data back .Please ?

I came to this store because my phone had been frozen for hours. The first time I speak to someone in told it's a 3 hour wait and I either need to make a appointment for Saturday or wait. Since I need my phone for work I had to wait. 1.5 hours into my wait I run into a friend of mine who use to work at your store and he does a hard reset on my phone. It literally took him 2 mins.
