Last minute stop to fix my iPhone 6 Plus. When we arrived the store wasn't that busy so my wait time was only 40 minutes. One thing I really like is you can go into the mall while you're waiting....

Poor service. Female that greeted us at the counter was very poor and had a poor attitude. Definitely not the norm for an Apple Store of any caliber. The person who identified himself as a store...

Bad service employees ignore you you've got to setup an appt to be seen usually takes 4 hours long lines security is always starring at you this guy was asked to leave after 15 min of looking...
