I had appointment on Thursday afternoon at 130. Arrived at 1 and they turned me away Had to wait til 2 pm. There was 18 I counted employees in small groups. Talking laughing while customers stood around and wAited. Frustrating. My phone was broke manufacture issue. But I spent an hour waiting while employees had party. Maybe they need to train more employees to help customer

Don't do business with them! They (including the manager, Angela) don't believe in correcting their mistakes. In other words, because they are a Mac, they think they don't have to.

Most businesses will apologize when they mess up your purchase, but they didn't. And then, when I talked to the manager, she promised to correct the situation, but didn't (a.k.a. she lied). And forget about...
