I called Apache roofing for an estimate on my flat roof. They came out the next day and look at the staining on the ceiling, then went up onto the roof to see the problem. I was informed that some of the seams had separated, and that the roof was repaired. I was having a hard time finding a roofing company that could match the my roof on a room addition. I was ready to give up thinking I'd have to settle for something less. Are you kidding me ?! i called Mel and made an appointment and on the appointed time and date he failed to show up or call. When I called to remind him of our appointment, he said he forgot, had a broken ankle, and an aggravated foot and apologized. Then I find out his license has been suspended by the Contractors Board of the state of California !
Very unprofessional.
