We have been here several times, and I have ordered several items. Everything is fresh and good and the service is wonderful. You mention Anthony's to a local and the reaction is always "wow". Go for social occasions, or go because you want good food, but make a reservation for the evenings especially.

It's the best Italian in KC. It has that neighborhood feel. Everyone there is friendly, like your friends. The food is fabulous. I have never had a mediocre meal here.
Give it a try. It's excellent.

Ate a celebration meal there last night. Food was good, not the best I've had, but some of the best Italian in KC. Dessert is a must, especially the cannoli

One of my all time favorites! Love the cheese ravioli! On the weekends, make sure to place reservations as it is a popular venue.

Good food and service. Seafood in every bite ravioli

Had the seafood ravioli with small shrimp and scallops. They were a bit on the tough side but tasted seafood-y, and there's plenty to have some in every bute. The cream sauce was excellent as was the pasta. It's just a tad pricey in my opinion at $23 but not a deal breaker.
