The pick up location was fine but the trailer itself was terrible. The hitch did not fit correctly or something. We had a new ball that was the correct size. It jerked the whole trip. We complained when we returned it and was told it is a new style and they just don't slip on the same. Horrible experience, we should be refunded our money!
