My girlfriend Regina and I was looking for a great pizza place. Brick Oven of course. We decided on Anthony's Coal Pizza in Clifton. The atmosphere in the resturant was impressive. They have booths, a bar area wear you can eat and small tables set up for smaller groups. The aroma was to die for as soon as you walk...

Great Family Sports 'Bar' atmosphere. Waitstaff is quick and attentive. Love the local brews. The wings are finger licking good. Pizza is 'WELL' done with great topping selection. Cooked to order so it does take a little longer, so enjoy those wings or have a meatball appetizer. They also have a separate room for party/meeting reservations.

Don"t get me wrong the food was acceptable, but was nothing worth returning for or writing home about. Service was not good very unfriendly waitress, food took forever & they weren't even that busy. Not sure what was going on the day I visited but I wont be returning

Had dinner here a few nights ago. and I can't find much to criticize. The pizza is very good, service was excellent and the atmosphere comfortable. For this other reviewers that thought the pizza was burnt, that's what they are aiming for, and charred crust.
