Very pleased with this service person. He did a great job at a fair price. The job was to replace broken oven glass on the inside door panel. I was only slightly disappointed that I didn't look in oven before he left because I would have liked to clean the inside of the outside glass panel in the oven door while it was accessible when it was taken apart.

This gentoleman was professional, knowledgeable, informative,polite. and very, very nice. He answered all my questions, reassured me about his services and was so kind.
