I've been there a few times and haven't had the problems everyone else has. Customer service hasn't been amazing, but not bad either. My biggest problem is that I suck at finding paint colors....

The quality of BM paints can't be beat. I knew what colors I wanted & didn't speak with the consultant but the person at the counter was very helpful. He took the time to answer a lot of questions...
