To address wait times...more often then not it is the patients scheduled and seen before you that cause the delays. I work in healthcare and this is a common problem. Dr Mancini is top notch in his area of expertise and I will not rate him based on my wait times. Clinically he is knowledgable, honest and direct. Don't misconstrue his directness for "not listening" his goal is your recovery...

Patient scheduling of appointments was a nightmare. I never waited less than 45 minutes to see this doctor. My final appointment involved a 3 hour wait, with more than one patient scheduled in exactly the same time slot. After waiting to see the doctor, he would rush in, ask questions to which he seemed uninterested in my response, then rush out to his next patient.
